About Kristen

Hi, I’m Kristen, an accredited Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Meri Exercise Physiology. I completed my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with Honours at the University of Queensland, which gave me a strong foundation in evidence-based movement and understanding the body.

As a mum and someone who has personally navigated conditions like gestational diabetes, prolapse, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and hypermobility spectrum disorder, I understand first hand how complex and frustrating getting help with women’s health can be.

My passion is helping women move with confidence, build strength, and feel better in their bodies at every stage of life. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, menopause, or chronic conditions, I’m here to support you with personalised, evidence-based movement strategies tailored to your needs.

I believe exercise should feel safe, empowering, and achievable, no matter where you're starting from. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped with the tools to move and thrive. Movement, strength, and a little more joy in your day, that’s what we’re here for.
