Hi, I’m Kristen, an accredited Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Meri Exercise Physiology. As a mum and someone who has personally navigated conditions like gestational diabetes, prolapse, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and hypermobility spectrum disorder, I understand firsthand how complex and frustrating getting help with women's health conditions can be.
My passion is helping women move with confidence, build strength, and feel better in their bodies—at every stage of life. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, menopause or chronic conditions, I’m here to support you with evidence-based movement strategies tailored to your needs.
